There can be several reasons why you might need to reprint a commercial invoice.
If you’ve lost your invoice and need another copy, or if you’ve misplaced your invoice and you need to send it to your customer, then reprinting it is the best and fastest way to do so.
Another reason is if you’re trying to figure out the status of a shipment and want to see the details and history of the invoice, or you’re trying to find out why some shipments are marked as Delivered but others aren’t.
And lastly, if you’re trying to figure out the cost of your shipments, then you’ll need to see the breakdown of the invoice.
How to Reprint an Invoice From the Ship Manager Tool
If you’re looking for the invoice for a specific shipment, then you can find it in the Ship Manager tool. Once you log in and find the shipment you’re looking for, click on the “View Details” button to see the invoice. From there, click on the “Print” button and you’ll be able to reprint the invoice by choosing the printer you want to print to and adjusting the settings to your liking. The invoice will be in the same format and layout as it was when you first printed it. Keep in mind that the settings you choose will apply to all of your future invoices. How to Find a Sent FedEx Shipment
If you know the shipment number for the sent FedEx shipment, then use the Find Shipment tool to find the details for the shipment and you can also find the commercial invoice. If you don’t know the shipment number but you do know the tracking number, you can use the Track a Package tool. If you don’t know the tracking number, then you can use the Find a Shipper/Destination tool. If you don’t know any of these, then you can contact customer service and they can help you find it.
How to Find an Invoice Using the Track Shipment Tool
If you don’t know the shipment number and you’re trying to find the details for a specific invoice, then you can do so by using the Track a Shipment tool. This is the best way to do so because you don’t need any information about the shipment in order to do so. On the left side of the page, click the “Track Shipment” option. On the next page, click the “Track a shipment” option. On the next page, enter the information for the shipment and click “Track”. On the next page, click the “View Details” option. On the next page, click the “Show More” option. On the next page, you’ll see all of the information for the shipment, including the invoice.
How to Reprint an Invoice From Your CMS
If you have a FedEx account and you’re logged in to the system, then you can find the invoice for the shipment and reprint it from there. On the dashboard, click on the “Orders” option on the left side of the page. On the next page, find the order for the shipment in question and click the “View Details” option. On the next page, click the “View Invoice” option. On the next page, click the “Reprint” option and you’ll be able to reprint the invoice from there. If you don’t have a FedEx account, you can still find the invoice and reprint it, but it’ll be a bit more difficult and require more steps. Start by logging into your account on fedex.com. Once you’re logged in, click on the “History” option. On the next page, click the “Show Details” option at the top of the page. On the next page, click the “View Details” option for the shipment in question. On the next page, find and click the “View Invoice” option. On the next page, click the “Reprint” option and you’ll be able to reprint the invoice from there.
